"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are." ~ Carl Jung
Hello wild souls, I am Morgan Smith, founder of WildHer Soul.
In my life I have come face-to-face with my own anxiety, depression, and what I call “The Grass is Always Greener Syndrome”; that feeling that I always needed something else to be happy, I needed to be somewhere else, I needed to be around someone else, I needed to buy something else, and the list goes on. Now I believe through my own lived experiences in life, I am not just a counsellor or a coach, I AM a safe space holder for women, an uplifter of women longing for the parts of themselves they miss, a lover of nature where I bring others to remember themselves through connecting and being with nature, and many other roles that I play with as life moves along. Mostly, I love getting to watch women light up when they realise something big or forgotten as it clicks into place and of course laughing through my sessions as life is serious enough, I am here to make it lighter.
WildHer Soul was unearthed through my own movement through life as I realised how the more I fostered the playful and wild parts of myself inside and out, the more I felt at home within myself and my life, the more I healed, and the less the chaos and busyness of life affected me.
It was through time in nature, laughter and support in deep relationships with other women, and laughter and support from myself that I started to make peace with who I AM. I am also learning to love the humanness of life, the anxieties, the emotions that are not as fun to feel, and the fact that we are not perfect and finding playfulness in that. This is how I hope to elevate other women through the three pillars of WildHer Soul.
Returning to nature, returning to groups, and returning within.
I am a registered Counsellor and Coach with a Bachelor Degree from the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
I hold pre-accreditation with Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) in Ireland - Pre-Accredited Member of APCP Ireland (MBR11223)
I then trained as a Women's Circle Facilitator at the end of 2021 to gain further ways to support women on a community level.
