Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want. I am here to guide, support, and ask the hard questions while you dig deeper into why you are reaching for what you want.
Counselling is a form of talking therapy that allows you the space to be heard and seen. I, as your therapist, am there to help guide and facilitate the session in a way that keeps you feeling supported and safe. When counselling with me, you are able to talk about anything you want, there is no agenda, I allow you to lead the session.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. I do however take notes after each session to maintain the main important points. This is essential in my ability to provide great therapy. Not to worry though as these are kept confidentially and will not be shared except due to some exceptions which we will cover in our first session together.
The time that your coaching or counselling process will take depends on the complexity of what you bring to session and your commitment and openness to the process. It is important to give yourself space and time to process healing and new learnings and information after each session.
