If being comfortable and cozy in your own home (or any location you choose) is your vibe, then online sessions might be a great fit for you.
There is absolutely no commute to and from which means the time you save you can use to do something for yourself and we all know we need a little (or a lot!) more of this in our daily lives.
Online counselling is just as powerful as in-person counselling in its own way. So as long as you show up ready to do the work, whether the session is online, in-person, or on the moon, the session will be as powerful and life-changing as you make it.
Together, you and I create a safe, collaborative, confidential, and trusting relationship that sets the base of our therapy work together. Once you feel safe together, we explore your life or what you've come to talk about, in whatever way feels good for you.
All you need is to find a quiet space for yourself to have the calls, stable internet, and a phone, laptop, or iPad/tablet. If the internet is bad (I live in rural Ireland so it happens!) we can even have the calls over the phone.
Where can you do your session? Anywhere that is quiet and distraction-free (as much as possible).
I have had babies, toddlers, and animals join parents and we make it work. I am fully aware that finding a quiet space isn't always easy (especially for mums or single parents). I have had clients even do their sessions in the car simply to find a quiet space where they won't be disturbed. No matter what, we collaborate together to make sure you are being supported in whatever way works for you and where you're at on your journey.
A fun side note is you can come to online sessions dressed in your PJs with a mug of tea, this time is for you however you need it to be.
Tears are normal in a session but don't let that scare you because laughter is normal too. We hold the duality of it all in our sessions, we don't limit what we can feel in our experiences.
Fee: €80 for single sessions or 6 session package for €70 per session (automatic weekly or fortnightly payments)
